At Darroch Insulation Services, we’re proud to invest in the next generation of Thermal insulation engineers. Our apprenticeship programme offers the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals while gaining a nationally recognised qualification through TICA (Thermal Insulation Contractors Association).
As a TICA-registered company, we support apprentices in completing the Thermal Insulation Engineer Apprenticeship, which combines hands-on site experience with structured classroom training. Over the course of the programme, apprentices develop practical skills in Insulation, metal cladding, and trace heating — learning how to work safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
You’ll gain a deep understanding of insulation systems, materials, and installation techniques, all while contributing to real projects across the UK. Our goal is to help every apprentice build a strong foundation for a successful, long-term career in the insulation industry.
